There's nothing like a cold treat on a hot day, and with a few items from the grocery store, you can create a delightful ice cream cake that brings a touch of joy and gratitude to your day.

What You Need:
1. A square or rectangular baking dish (the size depends on how much you want to make!)
2. About 2 cups of crushed Oreos
3. About 2 pints of your favourite ice cream (we used Mint Chocolate)
4. Ice cream sandwiches (enough to fill a layer of your dish)
5. Cool Whip
6. Smucker's® Magic Shell® Chocolate Flavoured Topping
Directions:
1. Add the Oreos to the bottom of your baking dish in an even layer
2. Fill the next layer with heaping scoops of your ice cream, spreading and flattening with a spatula or spreading knife
3. Evenly layer your ice cream sandwiches over the ice cream
4. Add a thick layer of Cool Whip on top
5. Drizzle your Magic Shell® over the top
6. Place the dish back in the freezer for two hours or until frozen
