We all wish we read more, because we know how beneficial it is. Reading enhances cognitive function, improves focus and concentration, and expands vocabulary and knowledge. It also reduces stress and provides mental stimulation, contributing to overall mental health and well-being.

There's no better time to set some reading goals, than in the summer when you find yourself with a little extra free time. Summer is a great time to catch up on some reading and get lost in a good book!
