The racial reckoning that’s been happening across the country over the last few weeks has been critically important, but if we let it wane, it will be for nothing. Now that things are slowing down, our job is to lay the groundwork for long term change. Because I’m a “practical steps” person, I turned to my long time friend Deborah Pegues for advice. Deborah is a challenging thinker, speaker, and one of the most prolific writers I know. Her “30 Days to...” book series is brilliant and I highly recommend them all.

For millions of kids each year, summer camp is a cherished part of their childhood. It’s often a young person’s chance to run wild in the great outdoors, play all day and splurge on s’mores around the campfire all night. Some camps are opening this Summer at limited capacity, and some won't be opening at all.
