We are obsessed with time. It cannot be seen or felt or controlled; it's a commodity and we always complain when we’ve spent it poorly because we can’t get it back.
Your Monday Motivation quote is “There is no better tomorrow, if you don't make the best of today”. So, invest it for tomorrow - spend time wisely, with purpose and intention (whether it’s putting in the work or much-needed rest)... And don't say you don't have enough time because as Jackson Brown Jr. pointed out: You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, and Albert Einstein.
