Care here with this week’s Monday Motivation. The quote is from C.S. Lewis: "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending."
The Canadian Mental Health Association says that by the age of forty, 50% of Canadians will have, or have had, a mental illness. A lot of mental health issues are rooted in our past. It could be something from your childhood or even BEFORE that, inherited from your family history. No matter where you started, or what hurts you carry now, you decide what steps you’ll take to change the course. God is still writing your story.
