After an amazing year, Grammy Award-winning band and brothers For King & Country have announced a much-earned, year-long break beginning at Christmas.
This will be the first time in 12 years they're coming off the road and won't be touring again until 2026. The post revealed that while they are at home they will be working on new music AND their next feature film! "We will be focusing on something quite special... Creating. Creating our next (and hopefully) very best album(s) for you.. And creating our next feature length film."
Their last, Unsung Hero from Kingdom Story Company, was released by Lionsgate in April and grossed over $20 million and earned them the Dove Award for Best Feature Film. We can't wait to see what this entertainment-industry family does next and we hope it brings them back to Canada!
In the meantime, their sold-out A Drummer Boy Christmas concert will be screened in over 1,000 movie theatres this holiday season through Fathom Events for 5 nights only December 5-9. The brothers shared "Our #1 sadness each holiday season is only being able to make it to 10-15 cities for Christmas shows. So captured our full Christmas show at the Houston Toyota Center last year."
