The Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Relief Team tractor trailer is currenlty at The Met Church coordinating clean-up efforts for home-owners affected by the recent flooding in Quebec and Ontario.

We’re so blessed to have Samaritan’s Purse – one of the world's quickest response teams – here in our City!
You can help! Volunteers are needed:
* Tool crews to assist with cleaning the tools each evening (6-8 pm) to ready them for the next day's work
* Experienced people to help with damage assessments: contractors, home inspectors, those with construction experience
* People to serve meals (provided by the Salvation Army) to families affected
* People to prepare some home-cooked meals for the teams returning nightly from their hard work. (please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
* Administration help and answering phones in the Disaster Response Truck.
