Here is how to make pumpkin spice latte syrup once and enjoy it all season long.
(this syrup is yummy as a dip for pancakes or waffles or on vanilla ice cream as well)

Pumpkin Spiced Syrup

Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ cup water
¼ cup maple syrup
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
1. Combine the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Cook for about 1 minute.
2. Add maple syrup, sugar, water and vanilla and stir to combine. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until sugar is dissolved and syrup is a pourable consistency. If the syrup is too thick, add additional water. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.

When youre ready for your latte...
