It can sometimes be difficult to stay encouraged in a world that is constantly changing and filled with trials and tribulations. However, it is important to remember that our hope and strength come from our faith in God.

Care & Rachel both shared these 4 ways to overcome discouragement on their shows this week.

No matter what challenges we may face, we can always turn to God for guidance and support. He is our constant companion, and His love for us is unwavering. As the Bible tells us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
